Excel NAPLAN*-style Year 3 Sample Tests app for iPhone and iPad

This app has been developed by Australia’s leading NAPLAN*-style Test book publisher.
This app will give your child hundreds of NAPLAN*-style questions to practise.
There are three tests each for Numeracy, Reading, Language Conventions and Writing.
With our Detailed Explanations and Tips for every question, you can easily explain
any wrong answers so your child learns and improves.

There are two parts to this app:

Part 1—Take a Practice Test

• There are nine NAPLAN*-style Practice Tests.
• There are three tests each for Numeracy, Reading and Language Conventions.
• Each test has the same number of questions as an actual NAPLAN* Test.
• There are hundreds of NAPLAN*-style questions.
• Each test has 35–50 questions.
• All tests follow the NAPLAN* Test format so your child can experience real test practice.
• There is a Hint for every question to help your child answer it.
• As your child answers each question, a Detailed Explanation of the correct answer pops up.
• You will be able to clearly explain any incorrect answers, helping your child learn and improve.
• Your child will earn stars based on test results.
• Detailed Results pages show your child’s progress at a glance.

Part 2—Tests 1–3

• These are the nine NAPLAN*-style Tests from Part 1, as well as three Writing Tests.
• The three tests each for Numeracy, Reading and Language Conventions are timed in this part of the app.
• Each test has the same number of questions as an actual NAPLAN* Test.
• The times are based on actual NAPLAN* Test times.
• Each test is forty or forty-five minutes long.
• Your child will be able to experience test-style conditions when doing each test.
• At the end of each test, Detailed Explanations and Tips for each correct answer pop up.
• You will be able to clearly explain any incorrect answers, helping your child learn and improve.
• Interactive Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Writing Samples will help you mark your child’s writing.
• Detailed Results pages show your child’s progress at a glance.
